Terms of Service

Processing fee: 0.007 ETH (non-refundable). Minimum offer quantity: 10 NFTs.

1. What you are buying

Patentium NFTs are digital collectibles minted on Ethereum mainnet. Ownership of a Patentium NFT does not grant ownership of any patent, invention, or intellectual property rights.

2. Offer process

Submitting an offer requires paying a non-refundable processing fee plus network gas. Seller may accept or reject any offer at seller’s sole discretion. If accepted, buyer will receive instructions/vouchers to mint using MetaMask.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including rejected offers.

4. Risks

NFTs involve risks including volatility, smart contract risk, congestion/gas spikes, wallet compromise, and regulatory changes. Seller does not guarantee value or resale.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to amounts received for the accepted purchase price (excluding gas and excluding processing fees).
